The Process
Initially, your CMC consultant will meet with the manager of the employee who needs development. Next, the participant and the CMC consultant schedule a series of meetings for training and consultations. Then, an evaluation session is scheduled with the manager to track progress. Time will be allocated to review the results to-date and establish plans for maintenance steps.
Individual Development Programs and Team Building/Coaching provide confidential, individualized, customized approaches to help establish a trusting and optimal environment for growth.
